I can see a lot of people who are eating a feast on the street, sitting on chairs. I can assume that they are at a party maybe to celebrate something. The people are in front of a restaurant and they seem to enjoy the day. I think that the meal takes place in the spring because it's sunny but some people are wearing coats. I don't see a lot of young people or teenagers but mostly old people and adults. The title "Where we live" can be a clue about the theme : maybe everyone knows everyone because they live all at the same place.
